OUR SAFETY GUIDELINES

Before booking, please review our safety guidelines to ensure that our animals are a suitable fit for your event. Your cooperation helps create a safe and stress-free environment for both our bunnies and your guests.

If you're considering having our mobile visit, here are some tips to keep in mind:

  • Be sure to do your part to follow the safety protocols from our bunny helpers to ensure the animals are well cared for and their needs are met.

  • Be gentle and patient when interacting with the animals. 

  • Learn about rabbit behaviour to understand their cues and needs.

  • Create a safe environment for both you and the animals. 

  • Respect the rabbits' boundaries – Do not pick up any of the animals or impose any limitations on their movement.​

For the safety of our animals and guests, The Farm Friends reserve the right to remove any individual from the pen who is not handling the animals gently, is unable to follow safety guidelines, or is uncooperative.

Booking Procedure &
Refund Policy

Please read our safety guidelines before booking to ensure animals will be a right fit for your event. Thank you for doing your part in keeping the animals happy and safe.

A deposit is required for booking to reserve your date and time. Your deposit is fully refundable to original payment method with 7 days’ notice of scheduled event. Cancellations after the 7-day period are not eligible for a refund but deposit can be used when rescheduling. 

​If The Farm Friends must cancel or are unable to attend a booked event due to unforeseen circumstances, registrants will be provided with a full refund, returned to the original form of payment.

We accept e-transfer, Debit, Credit and Amex.

All bookings are subject to GST.
